독일계 Ad-Tech 기업에서 중국 근무하며 중국에서 business developer를 할 분을 채용 중에 있습니다.• Lead, organize, plan, and manage the sales pipeline and business development activities for China• Develop a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets set with management• Take an active role in target setting, revenue and profit planning for all key market groups running under the umbrella of the position• Establish, develop and nurture personal as well as face to face connections with all key potential clients locally • Actively engage senior level advertiser contacts to align on strategy and advance for the company\'s market share in China• Create, maintain, and grow network of contacts with the main focus strategic client potentials as well as existing client base when needed• Achieve sales objectives through the acquisition of new clients within the team and through own strategic sales efforts • Coordinate with all relevant global sales leads, GM-s and sales teams to ensure alignment, collaboration and growth• Generate incremental revenue by driving new client adoption of the company\'s product stack
[자격 요건] * 온라인 마케팅/모바일 세일즈 등 유관 경력 4,5년 이상* 경영학/마케팅 등 유관 전공 학사 졸 업 이상* 모바일 어플리케이션 시장에 관한 테크니컬한 지식* 영어 중국어 능통**** 국제적 근무 환경, 업무 환경 경험자• 4-5 years of online performance marketing/network/agency/mobile sales experience• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited university with high marks• A degree of technical knowledge of mobile app economy• Fluency in English and in Mandarin• You have extraordinary personal commitment to achieve success and deliver bottom-line results• You have experience operating with international teams• Enthusiastic, positive attitude, yet focused and detailed-oriented• Proven sales record in online marketing• High-level relationships with advertisers in various industries in key China markets
