모집분야: 영업팀

업무내용:

-현재 거래하는 고객사 유지
-프로잭트 관리 매주 개발/영업 미팅
-매년 광주/홍콩 점시회 참석 및 새로운 고객사 개발
-물량 오다 관리
-고객 크래임 관련 처리

- 경쟁사 정보 및 시장 제품 조사

- 회의록 정리 및 년말 총결 보고

기본조건:
-한국어 능숙한 조선족 혹은 TOPIK 5급이상
-학력: 대졸이상
-성별: 남
-나이:35이하
-영업경험 5년이상

근무조건:
-5대보험 및 주택 공적금
-숙식제공
-주5일 근무 9:00a.m -18:30p.m,격주 토용일 휴무 점심시간12:30-14:00
-급여는 기본월급6k~10k+ 보나스(보나스는 개인 경력에 따라 다릅니다)

Responsibility:

1.Conduct LED PKG sales planning and execute plans; Perform and review sales demand forecast regularly;
2.Market sensing: New product launching schedule, PSI & Battle map and management; Collect marketing information from competitor, customer and industry; develop market analysis report based on marketing research result;
3.Maintain good relationship with customers and perform support to customers; Cooperate with HQ to deal with financial status, payment issues, inventory and so on; Working closely with internal departments to provide better support to customer and enhance customer satisfaction
4.Order management from placing to delivery; Follow up the shipments and handle documentation transfer, logistics coordination, allocation fulfillment and so on;

Skills and Competencies
Education / Professional Experience
• Bachelor's degree major in Electronics, Marketing, Business or related fields;
• Excellent management skill, coordinating with multi-functions
• Good selling skills , customer and results orientated
• Good team work spirit and self-motivated
• Flexibility to travel frequently
·Good command of Office Applications: Excel, PPT and so on; good oral and written English skill;

Personal Competencies
• Strategic thinking and strong negotiation/influence in dealing with key decision makers
• Business mindset, logical thinker
• Good office software skills（ especially excel）;
