Wire Harness Design Engineer-JD

Job Summary：

Familiar with the vehicle wiring harness system design, handling related issues on internal and external issues.

Essential Functions：

1. Vehicle wiring harness system development.

2. Material cost analysis and cost optimization.

3. Track and complete the test of automotive wiring harness industry.

Scope and Accountability：

1. With the experience of vehicle harness system development, familiar with the wiring harness development process, with the ability of independent analysis and solution of product problems.

2. Responsible for the design of new vehicle electrical system principle and wiring harness.

3. Draw the relevant schematic diagram and harness product circuit relationship according to the principle of electrical appliances.

4. Draw the relevant 3D drawings and two-dimensional plane drawings.

5. Familiar with the related automotive wiring harness industry design and testing standards.

6. Responsible for vehicle wiring harness system design verification, and handling and technical support of production process preparation design issues.

Qualification Requirements：

Knowledge：

Major in engineering or science (electrical / mechanical / materials) , bachelor degree or above.

Skills：

1. Acquire the operating ability of computer application software, Proficient in use of CATIA AUTO CAD CHS and so on.

2. Familiar with vehicle circuit system design expertise, understand the development trend of electronic and electrical systems.

3. Fully grasp the relevant standards and policies of the automotive industry.

4. Received the trainings of the vehicle circuit design, harness modular design.

5. Have good ability of organization, planning, leadership, communication, coordination.

6. Have strong ability to express, carry out independent training, revise the standard regulations, design templates & methods of the system.

7. Good oral & written English and Korean skills are a must.
